According to the Health Resources and Service Administration (HRSA), by 2033 there will be a shortage of 180,000 nurses nationwide and Georgia will have one of the worst shortfalls.<\/p>\n<p>This unsustainable trend requires a bold and visionary response. Phoebe has become a nationwide leader in healthcare workforce development, and the Phoebe Living &amp; Learning Community is the centerpiece of Phoebe\u2019s efforts to work with regional educational
