Phoebe CrossFit is a training program that coaches Phoebe Family members to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a challenging, yet accepting and encouraging environment. Our goal is to provide the absolute best wellness journey at a minimal cost to HealthWorks members that are 18 years of age and up. With a constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements, each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength and conditioning.
CrossFit contends that a person is as fit as they are proficient in each of ten general physical skills:
