Sleep Disorder Signs and Symptoms
- Excessive sleepiness during the day
- Difficulty staying awake when watching television, reading, driving, or other activities where you sit still
- Irritability and emotional outbursts
- Snoring
- Leg cramps or tingling during sleep
- Gasping or difficulty breathing during sleep
- Prolonged insomnia
- Difficulty concentrating and remembering things
- Need caffeine to stay awake
- Are often told that you look tired
