Jessica Castle
Chief Marketing & Brand Officer
Jessica Castle is Chief Marketing & Brand Officer for Phoebe Putney Health System, where she leads system-wide brand strategy, marketing and communications. Since joining Phoebe in 2014, she has played a key role in modernizing the organization’s brand, developing integrated marketing campaigns, expanding its digital presence, and aligning communications to support growth, access, and patient trust. Prior to joining Phoebe, Jessica built a deep healthcare marketing career in senior leadership roles with Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta, Piedmont Newnan Hospital in Newnan, and East Georgia Medical Center in Statesboro, gaining broad experience across large systems and community-based organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgia Southern University and an MBA from the University of Georgia. Jessica is active in the community, serving on the Theatre Albany Board of Directors, co-chair of the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce’s Community Connection Committee, and a member of the Chamber’s Governmental Affairs Committee. Outside of work, Jessica prioritizes time with her four children and remains deeply invested in the community she serves.
