Kim Gilman
Chief Executive Officer
Kim Gilman is the Chief Executive Officer of Phoebe Worth Medical Center in Sylvester. She began her healthcare career with Phoebe in 1992 as a registered nurse at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. Prior to being named CEO of Phoebe Worth, she served as the hospital’s chief nursing officer. Kim earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from LaGrange College.
She is very active in the community, serving on the board of Southern Regional Technical College. She also served as chair of the Sylvester-Worth County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Kim was elected to the Georgia Hospital Association’s Center for Rural Health Board of Trustees and will serve as Chairman elect in 2020/2021.
