Our treatment program uses a multi-disciplinary team approach to deliver the highest level of care throughout our patients’ journey, from prevention to treatment and survivorship.

Types of Endometrial Cancers We Treat:

The term “uterine cancer” encompasses cancers originating in the uterus, including:

  • Endometrial cancer, which forms in the endometrium or the inner lining of the uterus. It is the most common cancer of the female reproductive organs.
  • Uterine sarcoma, which arises in the myometrium or the muscular wall of the uterus. Such cases are exceptionally rare.

Treatment

Surgical intervention, typically a hysterectomy involving the removal of the uterus and cervix, is the primary treatment approach for endometrial cancer. Additional treatments can encompass chemotherapy, radiation therapy, hormone therapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapy.
