37th Annual Jingle Bell Jog Draws More Than 700 Participants to Raise Funds for Children’s Miracle Network at Phoebe
Albany, GA | December 10, 2025 – On Saturday, December 6, more than 700 runners and walkers participated in the 37th Annual Jingle Bell Jog at Tift Park, raising funds for Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) programs at Phoebe, which support care for local children across the NICU, Pediatrics, Outpatient Therapy, and Emergency Services.
Rain fell for days leading up to the event and continued through the early morning hours but stopped just in time for the start, allowing volunteers, participants, and race organizers to move forward with a safe and successful event.
This year marked the launch of Jingle Bell Junction, an expanded activity area designed to enhance the race-day experience for families. The Junction included: Santa Claus, holiday characters, train rides, face painting, photo stations, hot cocoa and more.
Families and spectators visited the Junction throughout the morning, making it a standout addition to the event.
Funds raised through the Jingle Bell Jog stay local and directly support CMN initiatives at Phoebe, ensuring children in Southwest Georgia have access to specialized equipment, child-focused programs, and life-enhancing services across multiple areas of care.
“Every person who showed up today—whether they ran, volunteered, or sponsored—helped ensure that children in our region receive exceptional care close to home,” said Parker Douglas, Foundation Director. “This event is more than a race. It’s a community rallying together for the kids, and that commitment makes a real difference for families right here at home.”
Participants competed in 10K, 5K, and 1-mile events, followed by an awards ceremony at Tift Park. Despite the weather challenges, turnout remained strong and underscored deep community support for Phoebe’s CMN programs.
Proceeds from the Jingle Bell Jog stay local to benefit Phoebe, ensuring specialized pediatric care for families in Southwest Georgia. As a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, every dollar raised supports lifesaving equipment, patient programs, and family support services. Since its inception, the Jingle Bell Jog has raised over $1million for the CMN at Phoebe.
