The Bee Award
Phoebe is fortunate to have wonderful employees that exemplify our culture of safety, superior service and exceptional care each and every day. The Bee Award provides us with an opportunity to recognize individual employees who have stood out to patients, visitors or colleagues.
Eligible employees: certified nurse assistants, medical assistants, medical biller, pharmacy technicians, phlebotomists, etc.
Criteria:

- Teamwork: Embraces a willingness to help their team and collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide a positive and cohesive experience for all patients.
