About Golda M. Kwayisi

Dr. Golda Meir Kwayisi is our newest physician member at Albany Surgical, PC. She is a Georgia native, born and raised in Atlanta.

Dr. Kwayisi earned her undergraduate degree at Emory University in Neurosciences and Behavioral Biology followed by medical school at Wake Forest School of Medicine, located in Winston-Salem, NC. It was in medical school that she discovered her love for the routine and structure of surgery. Most recently, Dr. Kwayisi completed her general surgery residency at Moore School of Medicine in Atlanta where she became very well-versed in the areas of Trauma/Critical Care, Robotic Surgery, Endoscopic Surgery, Breast Oncology, and Colorectal Surgery.

She enjoys all general surgery sub-specialties equally and is excited to work at Albany Surgical, PC under the exceptional mentorship from an incredibly seasoned general surgery physician & staff team.
