Dr. Figueroa received his medical training at the University Of San Carlos School Of Medicine in Guatemala City, where he earned his Doctorate of Medicine. He completed his pediatric internship and residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and his fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Kentucky. He is board-certified with the American Board of Pediatrics in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
