Dr. Huilgol puts his gastroenterology skills to work in the hospital setting serving inpatient’s diagnostic and therapeutic needs that arise.

Dr. Huilgol earned his bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery from Flinders University of South Australia in 1986. His postgraduate education (1986-1988) in Australia, included an internship and residency in Adelaide, Australia as well as aviation medicine training in the Royal Australian Air Force. His U.S. postgraduate training in the late 90s, included an internal medicine residency as well as   gastroenterology and hepatology fellowships from the Aurora-Sinai Program and Medical College of Wisconsin, in Milwaukee. In addition, he completed an advanced training gastroenterology fellowship at LSUHSC, Shreveport, LA. He is board-certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology.
