Meet Our Certified Athletic Trainers
Phoebe’s Sports Medicine program consists of a specialized team of certified athletic trainers (ATCs) who serve athletes where they are needed the most – in schools and colleges within our region (on the fields and courts). These healthcare professionals work under our Orthopaedic surgeons and specialists in Albany, Americus, and surrounding counties.

Jasmine Andrews, LAT, ATC, has served Dougherty Comprehensive High School in Albany through Phoebe Sports Medicine since 2019. Jasmine earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Valdosta State University. Her time at VSU allowed her to serve a variety of VSU sports teams as well as the VSU Center for Exercise Medicine and Rehabilitation, Valdosta High School, and the Colquitt County High School football team.
Charlie Holliday, MS, LAT, ATC, joined Phoebe in 2019. Charlie received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Florida State University and her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Florida International University. Prior to joining Phoebe, Charlie was the Head Athletic Trainer at Tallahassee Community College. Through the Phoebe Sports Medicine program, Charlie serves as assistant athletic trainer at Albany State University.


Amanda Methé, MS, ATC, came all the way from Albany, New York to join Phoebe Sports Medicine in 2018. Amanda received her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Studies specializing in Health and Fitness with a minor in Biology from Daemen College in Amherst, New York. She obtained her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Daemen College as well. Throughout her collegiate studies, she assisted in Athletic Training roles at D’Youville College, Erie Community College, Buffalo State college, Damen College as well as for high schools in the New York state area.
Chris Moody, BS, LAT, ATC, began his career with the Phoebe Sports Medicine Team in 2019. Chris received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Erskine College. Prior to being a part of the Phoebe Sports Medicine Team, Chris worked with 8 of the 12 major men’s’ and women’s’ sports at the high school and college level. Through Phoebe Sports Medicine, Chris serves Albany State University. He also understands, firsthand, the work/sports balance needed for college athletes: he maintained a baseball scholarship while completing his undergraduate degree.


Paige Sells, MA, LAT, ATC, has been a part-time member of the Phoebe Sports Medicine team for over 15 years. Paige is a graduate of Valdosta State College and Furman University, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and her Master of Arts with a Health and Exercise Science concentration. Prior to joining Phoebe, she worked with Charleston Southern University as an athletic trainer, educator and administrator. Through Phoebe Sports Medicine, Paige serves when and where needed, but is the ‘go-to’ trainer for Sherwood Christian Academy.
Will Sells, M.Ed., LAT, ATC, has spent over 20 years with the Phoebe Sports Medicine Team and has over 30 years in Athletic Training. He received his Bachelor of Science from Valdosta State University and his Master of Education from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. Prior to joining the Phoebe team, he served as an athletic trainer at The Citadel. Will currently serves as the Athletic Trainer Manager of Phoebe Sports Medicine and serves as the athletic trainer for Terrell Academy and Terrell County High School and Albany Technical College.


Raegan Smith, MS, LAT, ATC, joined the Phoebe Sports Medicine Team in 2019. Raegan received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Indiana University, and her Master of Science in Advanced Athletic Training from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining Phoebe, Raegan served as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for University of South Carolina Campus Recreation, and as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for Whitmire Community School during her first year of graduate school. Through Phoebe Sports Medicine she serves as the Athletic Trainer for Albany State University.
Jeff Tanner, M.Ed., ATC, has been a member of the Phoebe Sports Medicine Team for over 18 years and has 25 years of experience in sports medicine/athletic training. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Valdosta State University and his Master of Education in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining the Phoebe Sports Medicine Team, he served as an athletic trainer for the University of Georgia. Through the Phoebe Sports Medicine program, Jeff has served Albany State University, the Albany Panthers, the Georgia Firebirds and currently serves Deerfield Windsor School.
