Our specialists work closely with your primary care physician before, during and after diagnosis to ensure the best outcomes helping you lead a more active, healthy and satisfying life. Sleepiness Scale
The first step to getting the rest you need is taking the Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) Assessment – it provides a measure of a person’s general level of daytime sleepiness, or their average sleep propensity in daily life.
