Living & Learning Community

Phoebe’s Living & Learning Community will be home to Albany Technical College’s new and expanded nursing school.

It will also include apartments, allowing nursing students to live together in the same building where they study and train together.

  • Free in-person classes and training for the Test of Essential Academic Skills, a required pre-nursing entrance exam.
  • Access to the state-of-the-art Phoebe Simulation Center for hands-on training during rotations.
