Updated Care Options
We’ve worked very hard cleaning and preparing all of our facilities to ensure the utmost in patient and staff safety. To help protect patient safety even further, we’ve made some changes to how patients can access the care they need.
- Virtual Visits (at-home appointments) are available, and in many cases may be the best first option for many Primary Care needs instead of a trip to the office. Get more info on Virtual Visits and complete listing of Phoebe Primary Care locations here.
- Specialty Care Appointments are also available. Many specialists offer a virtual visit option when appropriate. However, there are certain conditions that are better assessed and treated in person. Access a complete list of Phoebe specialty providers here.
If you do need in-person care, we have new procedures and protocols in place for your visit as follows:
- Per CDC recommendations, we are asking that you come alone to your appointment unless you require medical assistance. If you need the assistance of a caregiver, please bring only one person.
- For your safety, we are limiting the number of patients in our waiting rooms. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You may also wait in your car for your appointment instead of in the waiting room and we will notify you when the doctor is ready to see you – details are available with your provider.
- Please wear a mask when you come for your appointment. If you do not have one, a cloth mask will be provided.
- Your temperature will be taken before entry into the facility. If you have a caregiver with you, theirs will be checked too.
