Trauma & Critical Care Tower Now Open

The Trauma & Critical Care Tower opened on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.  The tower includes our Emergency & Trauma Center on the first floor, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) on the second floor and Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) on the third floor.

Patients and visitors can access the tower on 4th Avenue from Jefferson Street.  Emergency patients can be dropped off at the main entrance to the tower.  All visitors to the Emergency & Trauma Center, NICU and SICU should check in at the tower’s main entrance.

Parking is available in a new surface parking lot in front of the building for easy access to the departments you are looking for. The parking deck will be reserved for Phoebe employees and physicians.

As we transition to the new facility, security will be onsite to help with traffic flow.
