Six years ago, Phoebe embarked on a journey with over 250 team members to improve patient safety, enhance quality care and maximize efficiency through standardization of processes. Through ProjectONE a single experience for our patients and staff across Phoebe was created.
In June 2021, Phoebe is growing that initiative with Project EXPANSE.
This web-based EHR breaks down the walls erected by the ‘desktop medicine’, and presents providers with an open, intuitive workspace that prioritizes provider satisfaction and productivity. With over 11,000 changes, this upgrade will reduce the number of clicks and provide user-friendly dashboards for providers, allowing them to spend more time providing quality care to patients.
