Sleep Disorder Signs and Symptoms

  • Excessive sleepiness during the day
  • Difficulty staying awake when watching television, reading, driving, or other activities where you sit still
  • Irritability and emotional outbursts
  • Snoring
  • Leg cramps or tingling during sleep
  • Gasping or difficulty breathing during sleep
  • Prolonged insomnia
  • Difficulty concentrating and remembering things
  • Need caffeine to stay awake
  • Are often told that you look tired
  • Difficulty falling asleep during normal sleeping hours
