What is this? An initiative that empowers all Phoebe employees to speak up on behalf of patient safety. We accomplish this by promoting a culture of safety, encouraging employees to speak up, and facilitating open lines of communication.
Why do we do it? To support our goal of providing the best and safest care possible. Patient safety is our top priority.

What is this? Hand sanitizer badge/station system to monitor employee hand hygiene.
Why do we do it? Proper hand hygiene is the most important procedure to prevent the spread of bacteria to patients or staff members.
