Living & Learning Housing Information

Phoebe and Albany Technical College are leading the way in providing a unique and hands-on experience, fostering a quality education that prepares all graduates for a career in healthcare. The Phoebe Living & Learning Community provides Albany Technical College students studying to be a registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, certified nurse assistant, or phlebotomist will be able to live and learn in one location.

Housing information

Note: Electricity, wi-fi, water/sewer and trash disposal are included in the monthly rent.

  • Studio – $875 per month
  • 1 bedroom/1 bath – $925 per month
  • 2 bedroom/1 bath – $1,400 per month
  • 1-year lease
  • Deposits and payments are due at the beginning of each month
  • Housing assistance available with a Phoebe work commitment
