Transparency Statement: 2020 Information
Phoebe believes in being open and honest with our patients, and we have a longstanding commitment to transparency. As part of that commitment, we have been an industry leader when it comes to sharing information about our organization. For many years, we have publicly shared IRS 990 filings, audited financial reports and other data. In 2019, the Georgia General Assembly passed HB 321, and Gov. Brian Kemp signed it into law. It requires all not-for-profit hospitals in Georgia to follow Phoebe’s example of transparency. All of the information about Phoebe hospitals listed below is shared in accordance with that law.
